Is it legal?"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>With some exceptions, yes.<\/p>\n<p>Just explaining how to hack into the accounts of users of a social network is not yet a criminal offense. On the other hand, if the author incites (instigates) a third party to commit such a piracy and gives him\/her explanations to do so, he\/she can then be prosecuted for <strong>instigation<\/strong> or attempt of instigation.<\/p>\n<p>On the other hand, it is a criminal offence if the perpetrator makes a password, program or any other data available to enable the hacking to be committed.
