This is unless the filmed behaviour is subsequently broadcast and makes you look despicable, in which case it would be an offence against honour as defined in articles 173 to 178 of the Swiss Penal Code, for which you can file a complaint.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition, depending on where you were when you were filmed, this behaviour could also be an offence against secrecy under Article 179quater of the Swiss Penal Code.
